Sunset Seaview spacious rooms, clean swimming pool, very good location, helpful staff. Close to 7-eleven, good massage salon with not young but experienced ladies. Restaurants on the street and on the beach.

Some facilities need to be renovated. For example, last time I saw no flat TV many years ago.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at Anadana Lanta Resort in Koh Lanta, and I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience. This resort was an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice. The room itself was okay, however, the real horror began when I discovered bedbugs infesting the bed. Despite bringing this serious issue to the attention of the front desk, the management's response was shockingly inadequate. They showed a complete lack of concern for my well-being, offering no apologies or immediate solutions. Instead, I was told that they could only refund me for one night, as if spending even a single night in a bedbug-infested room was acceptable. The bites I endured from the bedbugs were not only painful but also resulted in severe itching and discomfort. It's disheartening to think that a supposedly reputable resort would subject its guests to such unhygienic and unsafe conditions. The management's dismissive attitude towards my predicament only added insult to injury. I showed them my bites and the only thing they did was check the room for ants and change the bedding. They could not find any ants in the room. In conclusion, my stay at Anadana Lanta Resort was nothing short of a nightmare. The combination of bedbugs and unhelpful management made for an utterly miserable experience. I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of this resort and explore alternative accommodations in Koh Lanta that prioritize guest comfort and safety.

The location was good, close to a 7-11 and easy reach to the beach! The air conditioning was good and we got a bathtub in the room.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom and some insects in the room and corridor. Feels desolate and isolated where small lizards and wildlife starts to inhibit.

Für 14 Schirmständer nur 3 Schirme, wovon 2 wir geordert haben, bei Ankunft Pool wieder grün und nicht gut gepflegt, nach Urgenz unserer Seite nach 30 Minuten Poolfirma vor Ort und die restliche Zeit Pool in Schuss!!

Die Lage, das Hotel und das Zimmer entsprachen der Beschreibung.

Das Frühstück war o.k., aber etwas monoton. Nach einer Woche wurde der Käse vom Frühstücksbuffet entfernt. Auf Nachfrage wurde mit angeboten, für 10,- THB pro Scheibe Käse zur Verfügung zu stellen. Oberknausrig!

Pool sehr gepflegt. Rollerverleih für 250Bath möglich(Vorsicht bieten erstmal den für 300 Bath an-nachfragen!). 7/eleven direkt neben an. Pool gegenüber kann mit genutzt werden-wird aber nicht gesagt. Für paar Tage war es ok....

Leicht desinteressiertes Personal. Wurden vom tuktuk in ein anderes Hotel gefahren- was ähnlich klingt- aber zum Glück fast gegenüber ist(gehören wohl zusammen). Wurden dann rüber gefahren...im Gang zum Pool war ein kleines Mülllager mit alten Matratzen und Möbeln. Sah nicht besonders schön aus. Man kam sich vor wie in einem Motel-zum frühstücken hätte man in das gegenüber liegende Hotel gehen müssen....

Schöner Pool, 7eleven direkt nebenan, Koala Bar sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer, nach über 1h diskutieren bekamen wir endlich ein neues Zimmer. Sie wollten das Zimmer einfach reinigen, die Ameisen waren jedoch im ganzen Zimmer verteilt. Nach 1h wurde das Zimmer imme noch nicht geputzt. Frech ins Gesicht gelogen es habe keine Zimmer mehr frei, obwohl es auf Booking noch freie gab. Nie wieder!!!!!

Kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Bedienelement der Klimaanlage defekt, nur Ein/Aus war möglich.

Wir hatten ein Problem Sie haben die Reservierung total vergessen und deswegen musste ich alle 2 Tage das Zimmer wechseln weil sie nicht fähig waren die Reservierung unter Kontrolle zu haben
